Decskill is growing and seeks a QA Engineer for a hybrid project in Porto (twice a week in the office). You will analyze test requirements, design strategies, and automate tests using Playwright and Katalon Studio. English fluency is mandatory and experience with JIRA, Xray, Jenkins is preferred.

You have a degree in CS or related field and 3–6 years in software testing. Join a people-first culture with international exposure.

Qualificações

• Familiar with JIRA, Xray, Jenkins; Gherkin experience is a plus.
• Fluent English is mandatory.

We would like to meet a QA Engineer for a hybrid project based in Porto (twice a week in the office)

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A degree in Business/Finance with strong technical/IT interest is also acceptable.
• 3 - 6 years of experience in software testing, QA.
• Experience with Playwright and Katalon Studio.
• Experience with Gherkin.
• Comfortable using tools like JIRA and Xray.
• Experience with Jenkins.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze the backlog and test requirements.
• Define the testing strategy.
• Estimate test effort and plan tests.
• Specify functional and non-functional test scenarios.
• Specify test cases.
• Organize the test execution pipeline.
• Execute tests, including application homologation and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Automate tests with Playwright and Katalon Studio.
• Track and report bugs and defects.
• Manage tests and document the work in Confluence.
