GRiT Solutions seeks a technically skilled professional to coordinate architecture and civil engineering projects from design through on-site installation. You will read drawings, manage specifications, and collaborate with architects, engineers, clients and partners.

Proactive, organized and proficient in AutoCAD and Excel are essential. Experience in natural stone or finishing materials, on-site measurements, and a curiosity for AI tools in project work are pluses.

Qualificações

Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience coordinating or managing technical/construction projects.
Ability to read and work with technical drawings and project specifications.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel.
Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines, manage costs and priorities.
Ability to coordinate activities from design through production and on-site installation.
Good communication skills and confidence working with architects, engineers, clients, and external partners.
Autonomous and solution-oriented mindset.
Nice to have: experience in natural stone, construction, or finishing materials.
Nice to have: experience with on-site measurements and project follow-up.
Nice to have: interest in technology and AI tools applied to project work.
