Prologica is seeking a Project Manager in the Healthcare area to lead project delivery with management and development teams. The role requires coordinating milestones, monitoring schedule and budget, reporting to financial entities, and serving as the point of contact for partners and clients. Hybrid work in Portugal, with strong language and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in management, computer engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience managing project implementation.
• Proficiency with tools for scope control, deadlines, and financial compliance of projects.
• Proficient in both written and spoken Portuguese and English.
• Autonomy to organize and plan; excellent interpersonal skills.
• VBHC knowledge is a plus; healthcare experience is valued.

To strengthen our executive team, Prologica is recruiting a Project Manager in the Healthcare area:

Main responsibilities

• a. Work with the management and development teams, being responsible for meeting the milestones and deliverables agreed upon with partners and clients;
• b. Monitor the temporal and financial execution of these projects;
• c. Be responsible for reporting the implementation of these projects to financial entities;
• d. Serve as the contact point for project partners and clients.

• a. Degree in management, computer engineering, or a related field;
• b. 3 to 5 years of experience in managing project implementation;
• c. Proficiency in common tools for scope control, deadline adherence, and financial compliance of projects;
• d. Proficiency in both written and spoken Portuguese and English;
• e. Autonomy and the ability to organize and plan;
• f. Excellent interpersonal skills;
• g. Knowledge of VBHC (valued but not required);
• h. Experience in the healthcare sector (valued but not required).

The work model will be hybrid.
