Aubay Portugal is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of client IT projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and cross-functional collaboration.

You will interact with C-level stakeholders and external partners, use Jira, MS Project, and PowerPoint, and contribute to service continuity and SLA adherence. Hybrid work: 2 days in the office; fluent Portuguese and English.

What will you do?

• Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects (On-time, On-Budget, On-Scope, On-Quality);
• Monitor project workstreams and phases, focusing on delivery, risk management, and dependency control;
• Oversee implemented services/product lines, ensuring continuity, performance, and SLA compliance;
• Prepare and conduct project committees and operational meetings, producing executive reports on project status and service indicators;
• Ensure clear and fluid communication with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the service model by defining processes and best practices for operational management.
