GRiT Solutions in Portugal, Lisboa, is seeking a Process Improvement professional to drive cross-functional redesigns and efficiency gains across services.

You will lead workshops, map processes with BPMN 2.0, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with global teams. Travel domestically and internationally will be required as needed. Must have Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean Green Belt and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualificações

• Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean Management Green Belt certification is required.
• Proven experience analysing and redesigning complex cross-functional processes.
• Experience leading medium-sized projects and change initiatives.
• Experience facilitating process discovery workshops with stakeholders at different levels.
• Hands-on process mapping using BPMN 2.0.
• Experience improving end-to-end service processes across functions.
• Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a global, virtual environment and willing to travel.

• Experience delivering change implementation projects within the pharmaceutical industry
