Planck Technologies is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end IT projects across applications, infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity. You will define governance, plans, and resource allocation while coordinating diverse teams to meet scope, budget, and timelines.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, excellent communication, and hands-on project management experience in complex environments with governance and security requirements.

Qualificações

• Proven experience leading cross-functional technical teams across applications, infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Experience managing project plans, risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, resources, and timelines.
• Structured environments with governance, compliance, and security requirements.
• Hands-on experience with project management methodologies, planning, estimating, and project control.
• Experience using Project Management tools to manage cost, quality, resources, and project delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of medium-scale IT projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Define project approaches, governance, plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple technical domains.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests through the lifecycle.
• Monitor performance to ensure quality standards and governance procedures.
• Prepare and present regular project status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure deliverables are completed, reviewed, and formally accepted.
• Foster collaboration between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
• Drive quality reviews, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure projects comply with organizational standards, governance, and security requirements.

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years of proven experience managing acquisition and/or capability development projects in large organizations;
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field;
• Proven experience leading cross-functional technical teams across applications, infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity;
• Strong experience managing project plans, risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, resources, and timelines;
• Experience working in structured environments with governance, compliance, and security requirements;
• Hands‑on experience with project management methodologies, planning, estimating, and project control;
• Experience using Project Management tools to manage cost, quality, resources, and project delivery;
• Familiarity with Transition to Service (TTS) processes;
• Experience in complex IT environments involving enterprise infrastructure and information systems;
• PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent Project Management certification;
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

• Experience leading international and geographically distributed teams;
• Knowledge of governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks;
