At wBrain, we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join an international programme supporting the delivery of complex technology and capability development initiatives in a highly regulated environment.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience managing cross-functional technical teams, delivering medium-sized projects, and ensuring successful execution within structured governance frameworks.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of medium-scale technology projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets and deliverables.
- Apply appropriate project management methodologies, tools and best practices.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across applications, infrastructure, networking and cybersecurity.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
- Ensure project governance, quality reviews and reporting are performed according to agreed procedures.
- Monitor project performance, taking corrective actions whenever required.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support project transition into operational service.
- Ensure successful delivery within agreed scope, schedule, quality and budget.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing acquisition and/or capability development projects within large organisations.
- Proven experience delivering complex IT projects involving multiple technical domains.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Project planning and estimation
- Budget and resource management
- Risk, issue and dependency management
- Project governance and reporting
- Experience leading multidisciplinary and international project teams.
- Experience working in structured environments with strict governance and security requirements.
- Familiarity with service transition processes.
- Experience within mission-critical or secure IT environments is highly valued.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
Nice to Have
- PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP or equivalent Project Management certification.
- Experience with C4ISR or other mission-support systems.
- Experience supporting training, education or operational technology environments.
- Previous experience in international organisations.
- Knowledge of secure delivery frameworks and regulated environments.
