Consort Group in Portugal is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end IT initiatives in cloud, infrastructure and DevOps across a large international organisation. You will drive planning, governance, budgets, risks, and transition to operations while coordinating cross-functional teams and external suppliers.

The role emphasizes cloud transformation, CI/CD (Jenkins, Docker), monitoring (Dynatrace) and legacy tech (WebSphere, Autosys, CFT).

Qualificações

• Fluency in English.
• Resident in Portugal with valid work authorization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end IT projects, from planning through to implementation and the transition to operations.
• Manage project scope, budget, timelines, risks and quality.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, suppliers and technical personnel.
• Promote the adoption and integration of cloud technology across all projects.
• Define and validate KPIs and SLAs; provide regular reports to senior management.

• Lead end-to-end IT projects, from planning through to implementation and the transition to operations.
• Manage project scope, budget, timelines, risks and quality.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, suppliers and technical personnel.
• Promote the adoption and integration of cloud technology across all projects.
• Manage aspects relating to the infrastructure and application lifecycle, including:
• Obsolescence management
• Decommissioning activities
• Technical resilience
• Operational readiness
• Organise and chair governance bodies:
• Steering committees
• Business validation committees
• Define and validate key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational service level agreements (SLAs).
• Provide regular reports to senior management.
