Position

Solution Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ICT projects end‑to‑end, ensuring delivery of objectives, system requirements, and business outcomes.
• Prepare project documentation: definitions, objectives, scope, stakeholders, success criteria.
• Build detailed Project Plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation (acquisition, logistics, developers, network engineers, QA, support).
• Manage project budgets across hardware, software, vendors, and support services.
• Maintain Risk & Issue Logs with mitigation strategies and resolutions.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, facilitate technical discussions, resolve conflicts, and ensure milestone delivery.
• Apply PRINCE2‑based methodologies adapted to project complexity.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, security policies, architecture standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate workshops on solution architecture, infrastructure readiness, interfaces, data migration, deployment sequencing.
• Lead go‑live preparation, production readiness, approvals, and deployment authorization.
• Deliver Project Closure Reports with outcomes, lessons learned, and handover confirmations.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years of ICT project management experience in environments with 1000+ users.
• Strong understanding of information systems, emerging technologies, and security aspects.
• Experience with technology design, deployment, and its impact on business operations.

Desirable Qualifications

• PRINCE2 certification (preferred).
• PMP, Scrum Master, Agile certifications (advantage).
• Experience with project management tools (analytics, planning, resources, financials, reporting).
• Experience with procurement tools and processes (PRs, POs, approvals, sourcing, closure).
