Aubay Portugal is seeking an experienced professional with over 10 years in large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects. You will have advanced expertise in Dynamics 365 Field Service and Project Operations, with a solid understanding of platform standards and integration design.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 10 years of experience in large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects, with proven expertise in enterprise implementations from solution design to go‑live;
• Advanced expertise in Dynamics 365 Field Service and Dynamics 365 Project Operations, including the ability to apply standard Dynamics capabilities to complex business scenarios (CRM, Project Management, Asset Management processes);
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dataverse, with experience in defining and enforcing platform standards, best practices, and fit‑to‑standard principles;
• Experience in designing and implementing integrations between Dynamics 365 and other corporate systems, and supporting continuous platform evolution and governance;
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Solution Architect), specifically focusing on Field Service and Project Operations;
• Fluent English is mandatory; proficiency in Portuguese is a strong advantage;
• Ability to work in a hybrid model (1 day/week on-site) in Lisbon or Porto, with valid work permission for Portugal.
