Sysmatch is seeking a Project Functional Manager to coordinate Finance and Supply streams, ensuring alignment of V1 core model with V2 deployments in NorAm and Spain. Customer-side role; SI responsible for delivery.

Responsibilities include leading functional leads, tracking dependencies and risks, and ensuring governance readiness across regions. Hybrid work model based in Lisbon, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder management and strategic alignment.

Qualificações

• 10+ years experience in functional/IT project roles.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformations and multi-country deployments.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across regions (NorAm, Spain).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate R2R, EPM, O2C, P2P, Supply & Spain functional leads.
• Track dependencies, decisions, readiness and key risks; escalate to Programme Director.
• Ensure alignment between V1 core model and V2 deployments across regions.
• Triage issues and drive resolution; ensure governance readiness.
• Consolidate functional readiness for governance forums.
• Bridge between Functional Leads and Programme Director.

Project Functional Manager M/F - Hybrid (Lisbon)

Project Functional Manager to coordinate Finance & Supply workstreams, ensuring V1 core model alignment with V2 deployments in NorAm (US/Canada) & Spain. Customer-side role; SI responsible for delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate R2R/EPM, O2C, P2P, Supply & Spain functional leads.
• Track dependencies, decisions, readiness & key risks. Monitor V1/V2 capacity and upscale risks to the Programme Director.
• Ensure V2/Spain decisions align with the V1 core model.
• Triage issues, drive resolution & &
• Consolidate functional readiness for governance forums.
• Act as bridge between Functional Leads & Programme Director.

Skills:

• 10+ years' experience. SAP S/4HANA transformation experience.
• Functional knowledge of R2R, O2C, P2P, EPM or Supply/MM.
• Multi-country programme coordination experience. RAID, governance & Design Authority experience.
• Customer-side SI coordination experience.
• Strong stakeholder & escalation management skills.

Salary Range: €35k - €45k Gross/Annual + Other Components/Benefits.
