Job summary

Sysmatch is seeking an Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud Finance Consultant in Lisbon (Hybrid). You will participate in end-to-end implementations, gather requirements with Finance stakeholders, configure Oracle Fusion Financials modules, and support migrations and testing.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams and international delivery is essential. Fluent English is required; Oracle Fusion Cloud Certification and multi-country experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle ERP Finance solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP / Financials.
• Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation and/or AMS/support services.
• Strong knowledge of key Finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C).
• Hands-on experience with GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management and Expenses.

Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/Financials implementations, rollouts and transformation projects.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and conduct functional workshops with Finance stakeholders.
• Configure and optimize Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials modules.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Projects

• Participate in end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP / Financials implementations, rollouts and transformation projects.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and conduct functional workshops with Finance stakeholders.
• Perform fit-to-standard / fit-gap analysis and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Configure and optimize Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials modules.
• Prepare functional specifications for integrations, reports, data migration and extensions.
• Support data migration, functional testing, SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare activities.
• Work closely with technical, integration and other functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Application Management Services (AMS)

• Provide L2/L3 functional support for Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
• Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests and application issues within agreed SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis and provide solutions for recurring or complex functional issues.
• Manage functional configuration changes, enhancements and minor evolutions.
• Support Finance users with application and process-related issues.
• Assess change requests, define functional solutions and provide effort estimates.
• Support Oracle Fusion Cloud quarterly updates by performing impact assessments, regression testing and coordinating the adoption of relevant new features.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation and continuous improvement.
• Maintain functional documentation and contribute to knowledge management and knowledge transfer activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle ERP Finance solutions.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP / Financials.
• Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation and/or AMS/support services.
• Strong knowledge of key Finance processes, including Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C).
• Hands‑on experience with key Oracle Financials modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management and Expenses.
• Experience with functional configuration, troubleshooting, testing and change management.
• Ability to analyze incidents and business requirements and translate them into effective functional solutions.
• Understanding integrations, data migration and reporting capabilities such as OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively within international and distributed delivery teams.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

• Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials certification(s).
• Experience in both implementation projects and AMS/managed services environments.
• Experience with multi‑country implementations or support models.
• Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Experience with other Oracle Fusion areas such as Procurement, SCM, Projects or EPM.
• Experience working with ITSM processes and tools (Incident, Problem, Change and Request Management).
• Knowledge of ITIL practices.
• Experience working in SLA/KPI-driven support environments.

Salary Range: €35k - €45k gross/year + Other Components/Benefits.
