Sysmatch is seeking a Functional R2R-EPM Lead (Hybrid, Lisbon) to deploy the validated core model across US & Canada, with customer-side functional oversight and responsibility for configuration & delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in SAP R2R/EPM, deep FI/CO knowledge, and end-to-end experience in GL, period close, consolidation, and planning, plus S/4HANA experience across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in SAP R2R/EPM and FI/CO domains.
• Strong SAP FI/CO & end-to-end R2R/EPM knowledge.
• Experience in GL, period close, consolidation & management reporting/planning.
• SAP PS knowledge, particularly project accounting, is a plus.
• SAP S/4HANA implementation experience, ideally multi-country.

Responsabilités

• Gather/validate US & Canada R2R/EPM requirements vs. V1 core model.
• Identify gaps/deviations and support Project Lead decisions.
• Act as R2R/EPM contact for NA business stakeholders.
• Maintain process/training documentation aligned with the global template.
• Escalate unresolved issues with clear context/recommendations.

Functional R2R-EPM Lead M/F - Hybrid (Lisbon) Functional R2R/EPM V2 to support the Project Core Lead in deploying the validated R2R/EPM core model across US & Canada. Customer-side functional oversight role;
SI responsible for configuration & delivery.

Salary Range:

€30k - €40k Gross/Annual + Other Components/Benefits.
