Job summary

Quadrante is seeking a Senior Project Document Control Specialist to join our Lisbon team. You will manage complex project documentation and schedules, ensuring quality and timely handovers for high-impact buildings.

Based in Lisbon, the role requires at least 3 years of experience in similar environments, proficiency in MS Excel and MS Project, and fluent English. We foster a collaborative, multidisciplinary culture with international exposure and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in similar roles.
• Previous experience managing technical documentation within engineering, design consultancy, or multidisciplinary project environments.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Project.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Methodical, organised, and detail-oriented profile.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to adapt to multidisciplinary environments.
• Driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of continuous improvement tools within the business unit
• Develop and maintain project schedules in MS Project, ensuring proper monitoring and follow-up
• Manage technical documentation for complex projects, including:
• Managing deliverables lists, reports, and progress curves;
• Recording and tracking client comments;
• Preparing project documentation for client handover.
• Ensure quality control of project processes and deliverables by:
• Verifying document compliance with internal standards and client requirements;
• Reviewing title blocks, folder structures, and issuing transmittals.
• Support administrative processes related to quality and document control
