Zusammenfassung

Quadrante seeks a Project Manager - Data & Analytics to lead data-driven initiatives and create impact across markets. You will manage data analytics projects from planning to delivery, guiding analysts and coordinating with internal stakeholders.

You should have 5+ years in PM with data/analytics leadership, strong SQL/Python and Power BI skills, and robust stakeholder management in an international setting. English fluency is mandatory.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master's in Information Management, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• 5+ years in project management, including leading data/analytics teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid approaches.
• Experience with Jira, MS Project, Confluence or similar tools.
• Strong SQL, Python or equivalent programming language skills (mandatory).
• Experience with Power BI (mandatory).
• Knowledge of Sage, Salesforce and SAP is valued.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset, autonomy, and results-oriented approach.
• Advanced English required; knowledge of Spanish valued.

The Opportunity

We are currently looking for a Project Manager - Data & Analytics to join our team.

Job Responsibilities – What you will build:

In this role, you will contribute directly to shaping our future and creating tangible impact. You will:

• Lead and manage data and analytics projects from planning to delivery, overseeing the data analytics team.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate the data analytics team, including data analysts and external partners, ensuring alignment on priorities and deadlines.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and budget, ensuring alignment with defined goals.
• Ensure effective communication between the data team and business stakeholders, translating business needs into data requirements.
• Oversee data quality standards, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability of information delivered by the team.
• Guarantee documentation, governance, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
