Job summary

Quadrante in Lisbon is seeking a Client Manager - Data Centers to lead end-to-end contracts and drive client relationships across the data center sector. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful development and delivery of complex projects.

The role requires a civil/mechanical engineering degree, fluency in Portuguese and English, and proven experience in project management and business development within data centers.

• Manage end-to-end engineering project development contracts within the Data Centers segment.

• Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, operators and contractors.
• Act as main client contact, ensuring alignment of business needs and project objectives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver Data Center projects.
• Contribute to Quadrante's growth and positioning in the Data Center sector.

The Opportunity

We are currently looking for a Client Manager - Data Centers to join our team and play a key role in delivering complex and high-impact building projects.

Location: Lisbon | Contract type: Permanent | Seniority level: Manager

Job Responsibilities - What you will build:

In this role, you will contribute directly to shaping our future and creating tangible impact.

You will:

• Manage end-to-end engineering project development contracts within the Data Centers segment.
• Actively identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities in the Data Center market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, including developers, investors, operators, and contractors.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment between their business needs and project objectives.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure the successful development and delivery of Data Center projects.
• Contribute to the growth and positioning of Quadrante within the Data Center sector.

• Degree and/or Master's in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
• Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English (mandatory).

• Solid understanding of Data Center projects, including their technical requirements, engineering disciplines, and project development lifecycle.
