Ivy Partners is a Swiss consulting firm delivering strategic, technological, and organizational solutions. We are hiring an Integrations Specialist to govern L3 operations across Europe, resolve incidents within SLA timelines, and implement changes and automation to improve service quality.

You will work in a hybrid setup, collaborate with engineering teams, and contribute to knowledge base updates while supporting production support meetings and operational reviews.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of expertise in managing a platform.
• Experience with Terraform, OpenShift, GitHub; basic AWS/Azure knowledge.
• Strong grasp of Authentication & Authorization (OAuth, OpenID).
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and Argo CD/CI tooling.
• Knowledge of XML/XSD/WSDL, Java, JSON; familiarity with SOAPUI/Postman.
• Understanding of basic network configurations, cert lifecycle, and Linux.

• Assist in root cause analysis and develop simple automation scripts.

As an Integrations Specialist at Ivy Partners, you will:

• - Govern and oversee L3 operational activities during the Europe shift to ensure service continuity and SLA compliance.
• - Investigate and resolve incidents within agreed SLA timelines.
• - Perform platform analysis, troubleshoot, analyze logs, and identify operational issues causes.
• - Escalate complex issues to senior engineers as needed.
• - Support daily operational activities and service requests, including deployment, release, and change implementations.
• - Document incidents, resolutions, maintain operational documentation, and update knowledge base articles.
• - Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements.
• - Assist in root cause analysis and develop simple automation scripts for repetitive tasks.
• - Manage production support meetings and participate in operational reviews.
• - Support the Flex Gateway Platform setup and participate in on-call activities for major incident resolutions when required.

About You

You are our ideal candidate if:

• - You have 3+ years of expertise in managing a platform.
• - You possess expertise in Terraform, OpenShift, GitHub, and basic knowledge of AWS and Azure.
• - You have a strong grasp of Authentication & Authorization mechanisms (API security standards: OAuth, OpenID).
• - You are familiar with ITIL Processes, and Argo CI/CD tools.
• - Your technical skills also include knowledge in XML, XSD, WSDL, WS-*, Java, JSON, and you have user-level experience with SOAPUI, Postman.
• - You understand basic network configurations (Virtual IPs, firewalls, Load Balancer, etc.), certificate lifecycle management, and have experience with ServiceNow and Linux.
• - You are comfortable working in English (C1 level) and hold an academic background in Computer Science or a related field.
• - You are open to working in a hybrid model, support out-of-hours activities occasionally, and are available for short-period relocation or travel to other countries when required.
