Axians is seeking a Project Manager to lead finance and regulatory transformation initiatives within the Finance & Strategy domain. You will coordinate end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment of business requirements with target solutions and group standards.

In this role, you will validate mappings, design testing strategies, and provide UAT validation for finance users across regions, while leveraging strong stakeholder management and international collaboration skills.

Qualificações

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field is required.
• Advanced English is mandatory; working knowledge of French is a plus.
• Familiarity with IFRS principles, regulatory frameworks, and financial information systems is preferred.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (Power BI, Excel, etc.) is expected.

PROJECT MANAGER - ENGLISH & FRENCH

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead and support business and regulatory transformation initiatives within the Finance & Strategy domain. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end project implementation, ensuring alignment between business requirements, finance objectives, and target solutions. You will contribute to process harmonization, finance transformation initiatives, and the continuous improvement of finance solutions across multiple regions and stakeholders.

What You Will Do on a Daily Basis

• Participate in the validation of non-regression across all current active entities, and will ensure that the accounting mapping complies with the standards to meet the various requirements of different reporting (Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Credit Risk, Liquidity, etc.).

• Ensure continued improvement in the development of respective finance solutions across regions and align them with group standards.

• Understand the project and program objectives and ensure that all user requirements are properly captured.

• Conduct a feasibility study, assessing the potential impact and defining the target solution.

• Define the appropriate testing strategy according to the nature of the project.

• Design test cases and ensure that adequate testing is carried out.

• Validate the test results by performing a detailed review of the accounting entries and/or reports and provide UAT validation on behalf of the finance users.

Your Main Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

• Previous experience in project-related activities is valued.

• Experience in banking, audit, accounting, consulting, or management control environments is a plus.

• Knowledge of IFRS principles, regulatory frameworks, and financial information systems.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Access, and Power BI.

• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.

• Advanced level of English (written and spoken).

• Working knowledge of French.
