WPP Enterprise Solutions seeks a Programme Manager to lead complex, high-quality delivery across multiple workstreams, driving an ecommerce migration and ensuring governance and alignment with the client’s vision. You will collaborate with the Account Director to achieve productivity goals and manage budgets and risks.

The role requires extensive experience in leading teams, Agile environments, and strong communication with stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Experience delivering multiple teams across different workstreams (min 3–20 people)
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle & release management
• Proven track record in ecommerce migration / re-platforming

Responsabilidades

• Accountable for all delivery across the programme
• Analyse, evaluate, and manage programme risks and produce reports
• Create and implement governance and ways of working at programme start
• Track dependencies and maintain programme level plans
• Provide guidance to project managers and manage resources
• Engage with client stakeholders to align on vision and deliverables
• Manage third party vendors on behalf of the client
• Oversee agile delivery approaches (Scrum/Kanban) and budgets
