WPP Enterprise Solutions (VML) is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead large-scale programmes, coordinating several teams across workstreams and vendors. You will work with the Account Director to achieve productivity goals and drive delivery within budget and schedule.

You will manage dependencies, governance, and risk while building strong client relationships and guiding project managers. This role requires senior leadership, excellent communication, and proven track record in

Qualificações

• Experience delivering multiple teams across different workstreams (≥20 people)
• Experience in software development lifecycle & release management
• Proven track record delivering ecommerce migration/re-platform projects
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Agile environments: Scrum/Kanban; Waterfall to Agile transition experience
• Experience managing budgets and third-party vendors
• Excellent verbal and written English communication

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery across the programme to achieve defined business benefits.
• Analyse risks, produce reports for management and stakeholders.
• Maintain standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance.
• Define and implement governance at programme level with client.
• Manage dependencies and create programme level plans.
• Provide guidance to project managers within and outside your account.
• Maintain resource plans and track end dates with functional leads.
• Track resource requests and fulfilment internally or externally.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaborate with client to realise the programme vision effectively.
• Oversee multi-vendor arrangements and contract negotiations.
• Ensure risk management and governance are embedded throughout the lifecycle
