VML, part of WPP, is seeking a Programme Manager with extensive experience in managing multiple teams and large-scale ecommerce migration projects. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure on-time delivery, and align with the client vision while enforcing governance and budget controls.

Qualificações

• Experience managing multiple teams and at least 20 people.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and release management.
• Proven delivery track record in ecommerce migration or re-platform projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Experience in multi-vendor management and budgeting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery across the programme and manage workstreams.
• Analyse risks, generate reports for management and stakeholders.
• Establish and enforce governance and ways of working at programme start.
• Track dependencies and create programme level plans.
• Support and mentor project managers within and outside the account.
• Maintain resource plans and monitor end dates with functional leads.
• Manage internal and external resource fulfilment.
• Foster strong relationships with client stakeholders.
