Right now, we are looking for a ProgramManager - Cybersecurity for a client on our Talent Team
Your responsibilities include:
- Manage the cybersecurity program, including budgetplanning, approval processes, execution monitoring, and coordination acrossstakeholder teams.
- Monitorcybersecurity risk mitigation projects and track the implementation of keysecurity controls.
- Reportcybersecurity risks, activities, and project status to stakeholders andmanagement.
- Maintainproject tracking, including project plans, execution status, risks,dependencies, and blockers.
- Coordinaterisk mitigation activities with different areas of the organization.
- Identifyand address cybersecurity risks within ongoing projects, ensuring appropriatesecurity controls are implemented.
- Managecybersecurity steering committees and internal communication channels,including agenda preparation, communication strategy definition, andstakeholder coordination.
- Supportbudget management activities, including annual budget preparation and executionmonitoring.
- Support thepreparation of annual cybersecurity activity plans.
- Ensureclear communication among stakeholders and maintain up-to-date project andtechnical documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve cybersecurityprocesses and procedures.
You must have:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalentexperience combining technical and management capabilities.
- Relevantexperience in program management or complex project management, preferablywithin cybersecurity.
- Experiencepreparing management reports on risks and operational activities, includingsteering committees.
- Knowledgeof project management methodologies (PMBOK, Scrum, Agile, etc.).
- Experiencewith project management tools (e.g., Jira).
- Knowledgeof information security, cybersecurity standards, and frameworks (ISO, NIST,etc.).
- Ability tolead teams and coordinate multidisciplinary workgroups.
- Strongconflict management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Strongplanning and organizational skills.
- Ability toidentify and manage cybersecurity risks.
- Ability towork under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
- Proactivemindset and strong initiative.
