What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Cybersecurity Control Officer to join our Cyber Program team. In this role, you will support the execution of cybersecurity strategy across multiple regions, contributing to governance activities, cybersecurity assessments, project monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.
You will work closely with cybersecurity, IT, risk and compliance teams, ensuring alignment with security requirements, challenging evidence quality and supporting the maturity development of cybersecurity programs.
What will you do?
- Support cybersecurity program and project governance by monitoring delivery, milestones, risks and dependencies
- Prepare and coordinate governance committees, including schedules, materials, meeting minutes and action tracking
- Act as a point of contact for assigned projects and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and progress follow-up
- Collect, assess and challenge cybersecurity compliance evidence from project teams
- Support alignment with cybersecurity frameworks and requirements, tracking remediation actions until closure
- Perform maturity assessments and contribute to the improvement of cybersecurity reporting and indicators
- Identify opportunities to automate program processes, including evidence collection, reporting and workflow management
- Support the implementation of automation and AI-enabled use cases within cybersecurity operations
- Analyze complex IT and cybersecurity topics, assess risks and translate technical information into clear recommendations
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field
- Experience in cybersecurity, IT risk, governance, compliance or security program management
- Knowledge of cybersecurity risks, frameworks, standards and best practices
- Ability to assess controls, challenge evidence and ensure procedures are followed
- Understanding of IT processes, assets and solutions
- Experience with cybersecurity maturity frameworks and assessment methodologies
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) for data analysis and executive presentations
- Experience with Power BI, SharePoint and Power Automate is a plus
- Familiarity with AI/LLM tools and practical use cases is an advantage
