Inetum2 is seeking a Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of cybersecurity projects across Enterprise Architecture, Security, IT Operations, and Development. You will oversee initiatives from concept through implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and security standards.

You will develop plans, manage risks, report progress with KPIs, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with stakeholders at all levels in a hybrid 50% onsite, 50% remote

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity (engineering or related).
• 3+ years in project management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity domains (IAM, Network Security, etc.).
• Ability to work in cross-functional environments.

As a Cybersecurity Project Manager , you will collaborate with cross-functional teams (Enterprise Architecture, Security, IT Operations, Development, etc.) to lead and deliver a diverse portfolio of cybersecurity projects. You will be responsible for overseeing initiatives from initial concept through to successful implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and security standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with technical and business requirements from design through implementation.
• Lead project execution with end-to-end ownership, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Monitor and report on project progress using key performance indicators, milestones, and deliverables.
• Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks, defining and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to anticipate challenges, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.
• Foster collaboration across teams, promoting best practices and operational efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity (engineering or related roles).
• 3+ years of experience in project management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-driven mindset.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity domains (e.g., IAM, Network Security, etc.).
• Proven ability to work in collaborative, cross-functional environments.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Nice to Have

• Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST SP 800 series).
• Experience with cybersecurity tools and technologies.
