Wire IT in Portugal is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead software development programs across multiple teams, guiding delivery, SDLC, and agile practices in a fast-paced retail/digital environment.

Remote work is supported (100% remote, Portugal/Brazil). The role emphasizes leadership, budgeting, stakeholder management, and clear communication within an international, people-focused company.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Software Development Project/Programme Management.
• Experience managing multiple teams and workstreams (20+ people).
• Proven experience delivering eCommerce projects, ideally in retail, including migration/re-platforming initiatives.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile (Scrum/Kanban), and release management.
• Experience with stakeholder, vendor, and budget management.
• Knowledge of cloud/on-prem infrastructure, CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins).
• Strong leadership, communication, risk management, and organizational skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Requirements

• 4+ years ofexperience inSoftware Development Project/Programme Management
• Experience managing multipleteams and workstreams, including teams of 20+ people
• Proven experience delivering eCommerceprojects,ideally within a retail environment, including migration/re-platforming initiatives
