Job summary

Wire IT is seeking a Program Manager to guide software development projects across multiple teams in a fast-moving environment. You will coordinate stakeholders, drive delivery, and ensure quality through SDLC and release management best practices.

This 100% remote opportunity (Portugal/Brazil) offers a no-term full-time contract with health insurance, 22 vacation days plus 4 extra days, meal allowance, referral bonus, and a training budget in a growing international company.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software development project/programme management.
• Experience leading multiple teams and workstreams (20+ people).
• Proven track in delivering eCommerce projects, ideally in retail.
• Strong SDLC, Agile (Scrum/Kanban), and release management.
• Experience with stakeholders, vendors, and budgets.
• Good knowledge of cloud/on-prem, Git, and CI/CD tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, risk management and organization.
• Fluent professional English.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Software Development Project/Programme Management
• Experience managing multiple teams and workstreams, including teams of 20+ people
• Proven experience delivering eCommerce projects, ideally within a retail environment, including migration/re-platforming initiatives
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and release management
• Experience with stakeholder, vendor, and budget management
• Good knowledge of cloud/on-prem infrastructure, Git, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins)
• Strong leadership, communication, risk management, and organizational skills
• Professional proficiency in English
