ICEYE in Lisbon, Portugal, seeks a Production Team Lead to own day-to-day manufacturing, assembly, integration and testing in an early-stage production environment. Translate plans into effective execution and build structured production management for scalable SAR payloads.

You will lead a cross-functional team, drive Lean improvements, ensure readiness of cleanrooms, and maintain production data systems on-site with strong focus on safety and quality.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in manufacturing, production, assembly, or testing with complex hardware.
• Proven leadership of production or technical operations teams.
• Experience in aerospace/high-reliability environments is a plus.
• Experience ramping up production or establishing new lines.
• Structured daily performance management and Lean methods.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day MAIT execution for spacecraft manufacturing and payload integration.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the production team with clear roles and standards.
• Establish daily management routines to surface risks and blockers early.
• Ensure readiness of personnel, materials, and cleanroom environments.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean tools to reduce waste and improve flow.
• Maintain MES/ERP data and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
