ICEYE Portugal is scaling its Lisbon Center of Excellence, building AI-powered intelligence products, and expanding a satellite production facility to meet defence and civil protection needs. The CEO Office will drive coherence across programs and initiatives.

As Head of Strategic Operations, you design the operating rhythm, own strategic programmes end-to-end, and lead a small senior team to support the CEO and ICEYE’s strategic priorities from Lisbon.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in strategy, operations, management consulting or scale-up leadership with ownership of outcomes.
• Track record running cross-functional programmes at executive level to completion.
• Strong analytical and financial fluency.
• Crisp executive communication in Portuguese and English, written and spoken.
• Experienced using AI tools daily to think, write, analyse and build.
• Comfortable operating in defence/dual-use environments with discretion.
• Based in Lisbon area or willing to relocate.

Responsabilidades

• Design and run the operating cadence of ICEYE Portugal: weekly leadership rhythm, monthly reviews, quarterly planning and OKRs.
• Own executive reporting to ICEYE HQ and prepare board-level materials.
• Own high-stakes cross-functional projects end-to-end.
• Turn open-ended CEO questions into structured options with owners and deadlines.
• Prepare briefings for engagements with ministries, armed forces and ecosystem partners.
• Unblock execution across engineering, GTM, production, and central functions; represent the CEO when needed.
• Hire, lead and develop the CEO Office team; set an AI-native standard; handle sensitive information with discretion.
