ICEYE Portugal seeks a dedicated Security Officer to manage facility security, access controls, and secure handling of classified information in Lisbon. You’ll coordinate national security clearances and maintain the cleared personnel register, while aligning with ICEYE’s global standards and local requirements.

The role involves working with the CEO, People & Operations, and IT to ensure secure-area readiness, incident response, and compliance with NATO and Portuguese regulations.

Qualificações

• Formal Facility Security Officer (FSO) or Security Manager experience in defence, aerospace or critical infrastructure.
• Working knowledge of physical security standards (locks, alarms, access control, CCTV) and information security (ISO 27001/NIST/NIS2).
• Hands-on experience with national clearance processes (GNS/ANS) and NATO classification frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Own ICEYE Portugal's facility security programme: access control, secure-room build-out, visitor management, alarms, CCTV, key management.
• Coordinate national security clearance applications (GNS/ANS) and maintain the cleared personnel register.
• Lead local incident-response and secure-handling of classified material per rules and policy.
• Collaborate with CEO, Head of People & Operations, and IT Site Engineer on secure-area readiness and visitor controls.
• Be the security interface to authorities (GNS/ANS, NATO, space agency) and support customer deployments.
