Decskill is seeking a Production Support Engineer & FinOps to join our Porto office. You will monitor cloud spend, optimize costs, implement tagging and reserved instance strategies while ensuring performance and security.

You’ll coordinate with engineering, finance and business teams and mentor junior staff on best practices in production support and FinOps. The role requires advanced English and they expect some French basics; you'll work with Terraform, Ansible and CI/CD tooling to automate

Qualificações

• Advanced English is mandatory.
• French knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in production support and FinOps.
• Experience with automation tooling and scripting.

Responsabilidades

• Cost-Optimization & FinOps governance: monitor spend, identify waste, and implement right-sizing and tagging policies.
• Coordinate between engineering, finance and business teams; produce post-mortems and mentor juniors.
• Design and maintain automated monitoring, alerting, and remediation via Terraform, Ansible and CI/CD pipelines.
