Consort Group Portugal seeks a Production Support & FinOps Engineer to monitor production environments, optimize costs, and improve observability. You will work across DevOps practices, automation with Ansible, and with tools like Dynatrace to ensure reliability and cost efficiency in a multinational setup.

You'll collaborate with engineering, finance, and business stakeholders, produce post-incident reports, and contribute to knowledge sharing while supporting hybrid work arrangements across

Qualificações

• Experience in production support or infrastructure environments.
• Interest in FinOps and cost optimization topics.
• Ability to analyze operational data and contribute to reporting.
• Comfortable working with technical and functional stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor production environments and infrastructure components.
• Support cost-optimization initiatives by monitoring spending and contributing to FinOps governance.
• Analyze production data and contribute to reporting using Excel and data visualization tools.
• Coordinate with engineering, finance and business stakeholders on cost, performance and production topics.
• Produce operational documentation and post-incident analyses when required.
