act digital is seeking an experienced IT Operations / Exploitation Engineer in Lisbon to manage production runs, batch scheduling, and file transfer operations within a banking tech hub. You will serve as N2 technical support and integration point, ensuring system operability and incident response across complex environments.

The role emphasizes collaboration with international teams, a focus on automation and observability, and adherence to DevOps practices to improve batch cycles and stability.

Qualificações

• Experience with Linux and Windows environments.
• Strong batch scheduling and incident response skills.
• Ability to draft runbooks and operational procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure production runs and 2nd level support.
• Plan, monitor real-time batch processing with Control-M and V-TOM.
• Trigger batch executions and manage restarts during incidents.
• Oversee Managed File Transfers (MFT) and data flows.
• Coordinate with CP/ScrumOps and advocate DevOps best practices.
