Consort Group in Portugal seeks a Production Support & FinOps Engineer to bolster production environments and drive cost optimization within a DevOps framework. You will help monitor systems, contribute to automation, and collaborate across engineering, finance and business teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on DevOps practices, Dynatrace monitoring, and interoperability with WebSphere, CFT and Linux platforms. Hybrid work from Porto/Lisbon is available.

Qualificações

• > Experience in production support or infrastructure environments.
• > Interest in production topics and operational monitoring.
• > Ability to analyze operational data and contribute to reporting.
• > Comfortable working with technical and functional stakeholders.
• > Interest in FinOps and cost optimization topics.

Responsabilidades

• > Monitor production environments and infrastructure components (servers, storage, network, middleware).
• > Support cost-optimization initiatives by monitoring spending and FinOps governance.
• > Analyze production data and contribute to reporting using Excel and data visualization tools.
• > Coordinate with engineering, finance and business stakeholders on cost, performance and production topics.
• > Produce operational documentation and post-incident analyses.
• > Contribute to knowledge sharing and training within the team.
• > Support monitoring and observability activities using Dynatrace.
• > Provide production support in environments involving WebSphere, CFT, Linux or Autosys.
