Qualificações

We are looking for a Production Integrator (Z/OS) to join our Inetum Team and be part of a work culture focused on innovation!

Location: Lisbon

Main Tasks

• Perform operational and application activities (Z/OS) as Level 2 Support (N2).
• Define, plan, and execute batch jobs via TWS and Control-M.
• Monitor real-time processing and ensure smooth execution.
• React to incidents (abends, dependency anomalies, SLA breaches).

Daily Operations

• Launch and monitor Z/OS and Control-M production processes.
• Manage or expand issues related to system resources (disk space, JES queues, catalogues, GDG, datasets).
• Control and ensure reliability of file transfers.
• Manage incidents related to transfer processes.
• Provide technical and operational support to application teams.
• Optimize batch chains and reduce processing times.
• Participate in production releases and system changes.
• Perform planned and punctual interventions (HNO).

Documentation & Reporting

• Draft operational procedures and method documents.
• Produce reports on processing performance and availability.
• Support project teams in developing solutions aligned with CP/ScrumOps.
• Act as a technical integrator, ensuring compliance with DevOps best practices (automation, security, observability).

Profile

• Experienced professional with a solid background in Z/OS operations and Control-M scheduling.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of DevOps principles and automation tools.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; French is a plus.
