Qualificações

• Solid background in Z/OS operations and Control-M scheduling.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of DevOps principles and automation tools.
• Fluency in English required; French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform operational and application activities as Level 2 Support.
• Define, plan, and execute batch jobs.
• Monitor real-time processing and ensure smooth execution.
• React to incidents and manage system resources.
• Provide technical support to application teams.
• Optimize batch chains and reduce processing times.
• Participate in production releases and system changes.
• Draft operational procedures and produce reports.
