Inetum is looking for a Technical Production Support Engineer (L3) to join our Application Production Support team in Lisbon. You will lead infrastructure projects, support production environments, and ensure delivery of technical solutions for business apps.

You will work with Business Project Managers, IT teams, and international stakeholders to implement robust, scalable production architectures. As part of a transformation journey, contribute to Cloud, DevOps, Agile practices, and automation

Qualificações

• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Proven risk management and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good understanding of IT governance frameworks and project methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate infrastructure and production-related projects from initiation to delivery.
• Act as the main point of contact for IT project activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered according to scope, budget, timelines, and quality expectations.
• Coordinate technical teams and stakeholders across multiple domains.
