act digital is seeking an experienced IT Operations/DevOps Engineer to join their Porto-based hybrid team. You will help define technical solutions, support development lifecycles, and supervise production environments to ensure stability and performance.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in IT Infrastructure/Operations, strong DevOps and Agile understanding, and hands-on experience with monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, ElasticSearch or Dynatrace, plus

Qualificações

Minimum 2 years in IT Infrastructure or IT Operations.
Experience with production operations and deployment automation.
Familiar with monitoring/observability tools and DevOps practices.

Responsabilidades

Contribute to the definition of technical solutions, integrating production and infrastructure requirements.
Support application teams throughout the development and delivery lifecycle.
Facilitate deployments and infrastructure provisioning.
Monitor and supervise production services and technical environments.
Ensure operational stability, performance and service availability.
Identify infrastructure, security, network and operational risks and propose action plans.
Contribute to automation, performance improvements and continuous improvement.
Support incident resolution and release-related issues.
Maintain operational documentation, procedures and production indicators.
Promote production best practices and knowledge sharing across project teams.
Contribute to backup/restore and failover readiness.
