Job summary

Cyncly Lisbon regional operation center seeks a Technical & Product Training Specialist to compile and deliver training to new and existing customers, expanding to other products as needed. You will drive user adoption, promote training packages, and work closely with the Training Manager to coordinate activities.

The role is customer-facing, requires strong communication and presentation skills, and involves both online and occasional in-person sessions within a hybrid work model.

• Experience with Cyncly products is preferred.
• Experience in teaching or training.
• Basic MS Office skills.
• Interest in technology, software and applications is essential.
• Experience in training business users is preferable.
• Experience with online channels and virtual learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver online training via virtual classrooms or webinars for the software products available in your country/region for new and existing customers, and for Cyncly employees, as required.
• Deliver ad hoc physical classroom-based training, as required.
• Organize and coordinate the online training sessions such as setting up the webinar, preparing the online classroom, inviting participants, etc.
• Prepare facilities and materials for classroom-based trainings, as required.
• Evaluate knowledge of customers participating in training to determine training needs and effectiveness.
• Support content team in creating eLearning curriculum on various topics utilizing instructional design tools.
• Promote and sell additional training and/or our training packages to customers to generate additional revenue.
• Report to Training Manager to coordinate training activities.
• Contribute to goals set by Customer Success and Enablement Team.
• Share knowledge within Training team to support each other.
• Attend Industry events representing Cyncly, presenting our products and supporting customers.
