Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Owner to join one of our multidisciplinary teams in a challenging and innovative environment.

What you will do

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and product managers to gather, analyse, and translate requirements into clear epics and user stories;
• Manage and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring development teams focus on delivering maximum business value;
• Act as the product subject matter expert, supporting agile ceremonies and providing guidance throughout the development lifecycle;
• Coordinate product releases, testing activities, user acceptance validation, and the prioritisation of bug fixes;
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, proactively managing expectations, risks, dependencies, and delivery progress across multiple teams.

What you are like

• Proficient in Product Ownership within Agile and Scrum environments;
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, backlog management, sprint planning, and product delivery practices;
• Skilled in gathering, analysing, and documenting complex business requirements in a clear and structured manner;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact with both business and technical teams;
• Comfortable working in dynamic environments, demonstrating autonomy, organisation, and a strong focus on results;

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field .
• Minimum 8+ years of professional experience , including 3-5+ years as a Product Owner in Agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology and Product Ownership best practices.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications .
• Strong experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs across multiple stakeholders and development teams.
• Experience working closely with Product Managers, Business Owners, Architects, Developers, and QA teams .
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Experience coordinating UAT, product releases, bug management, and product delivery activities .
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms .

GOOD TO HAVE:

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification.
• Experience managing products involving multiple applications and complex system integrations.
• Technical knowledge of software architecture, APIs, and system integration concepts.
• Experience creating wireframes, mockups, and product prototypes .
• Experience working in international and cross-functional environments.
• Knowledge of product management frameworks and product discovery techniques.
• Experience mentoring junior Product Owners or Business Analysts.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Act as the Product Owner for one or more Agile development teams, ensuring successful product delivery and value generation.
• Gather, analyze, and refine business requirements in close collaboration with Product Managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Translate business requirements into clear and actionable epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications .
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring effective prioritization based on business value, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines.
• Define sprint priorities and collaborate with development teams throughout the Agile delivery lifecycle.
• Serve as the product subject matter expert, providing guidance and clarifications to development and QA teams.
• Lead and facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, backlog refinement meetings, and other stakeholder discussions.
• Challenge and support Product Managers and business stakeholders to ensure teams are solving the right business problems.
• Coordinate the creation and validation of product mockups, prototypes, and functional designs.
• Drive issue resolution, risk identification, dependency management, and progress reporting throughout the delivery process.
• Own product release planning and communicate delivery timelines, scope changes, and product updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate and support testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), alpha testing, and beta programs .
• Collect, prioritize, and coordinate bug fixes, ensuring product quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Work closely with Product & Innovation teams to align product developments with strategic objectives and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with senior business and technology stakeholders, including architects, development managers, and business owners, to support product evolution and continuous improvement.
• Promote Agile best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes and product governance.
