A Adentis Portugal procura um(a) Product Owner/Tech Lead para liderar o desenvolvimento de um chatbot de IA voltado a informação técnica. Será o elo entre áreas de negócio e de engenharia, orientando o roadmap e entregas para maximizar impacto.

O candidato ideal tem experiência em equipas técnicas, forte comunicação e fluência em inglês, com disponibilidade para trabalhar 1–2 dias por semana presencialmente em Portugal.

Qualificações

• Graduação em Engenharia, Ciências da Computação ou área relacionada.
• Experiência comprovada como Product Owner, Technical Lead ou AI Project Manager.
• Forte compreensão de conceitos de Inteligência Artificial aplicados a soluções empresariais.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e gestão de stakeholders.
• Mentalidade estratégica e pró-ativa, capaz de ajustar o rumo e assegurar a execução do roadmap.
• Experiência em liderar ou coordenar equipas técnicas.
• Fluência em Inglês (falado e escrito).
• Cidadania da União Europeia ou visto/ residência em Portugal.
• Disponibilidade para comparecer ao escritório 1–2 vezes por semana.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar a evolução de um chatbot global alimentado por IA para informação técnica (engenharia).
• Atuar como principal ponto de contacto entre negócios e equipas técnicas, gerindo stakeholders globais sem linguagem técnica.
• Garantir definição de roadmap, priorização e entrega, mantendo foco no benefício das funcionalidades e impacto no negócio.
• Conduzir a escalabilidade e centralização do produto.
• Assumir a gestão completa do ciclo de vida do produto — desde o conceito até à entrega.
• Coordenar uma equipa técnica, promovendo colaboração, autonomia e melhoria contínua.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of a global AI-powered chatbot for technical information (engineering);
  
• Act as the mainpoint of contact between business and technical teams, managing stakeholders worldwide who don't speak the technical language;
  
• Ensure roadmap definition, prioritization and delivery, maintaining a clear focus on feature benefits and business impact;
  
• Drive the scalability and centralization of the product;
  
• Assume full ownership of the product lifecycle — from concept to delivery;
  
• Coordinate a technical team, promoting collaboration, autonomy and continuous improvement;
  

You must have

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related area;
  
• Proven experience as Product Owner, Technical Lead, or AI Project Manager;
  
• Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence / Agentic AI concepts and their application to enterprise solutions;
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
  
• Strategic and proactive mindset, able to adjust direction quickly and ensure roadmap execution;
  
• Experience leading or coordinating technical teams;
  
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Portuguese Residency.
• Availability to go to the office 1 to 2 times per week.

Nice to have

• Background in engineering or technical chatbot solutions;
  
• Experience withAI-driven platforms.
