A Planck Technologies procura um Analista de Negócios com forte experiência em IA e transformação digital para identificar e priorizar casos de uso de IA em unidades de negócio. A função envolve traduzir requisitos de negócio em especificações técnicas e colaborar com stakeholders de várias áreas.

O papel requer atuação como ponte entre Negócios, TI, Segurança e Compliance, coordenando pilotos, PoCs e rollouts, com modelo de trabalho híbrido próximo de Lisboa.

Qualificações

• Experiência mínima de 4 anos em Análise de Negócios, Transformação Digital, IA ou funções similares.
• Identificar, documentar e priorizar casos de uso de IA.
• Contribuir ativamente para iniciativas de IA, automação ou transformação digital.

Responsabilidades

• Identificar, avaliar e priorizar casos de uso de IA em unidades de negócio.
• Avaliar valor de negócio, viabilidade e riscos de iniciativas de IA.
• Atuar como ponte entre Negócios, TI, Segurança, Legal e Compliance.
• Traduzir requisitos de negócio em especificações técnicas para aplicações de IA.
• Coordenar pilotos de IA, PoCs e rollout de soluções de IA.
• Impulsionar a adoção de IA com onboarding de usuários e enablement.
• Garantir conformidade com governança, segurança e requisitos regulatórios.

What are we looking for?

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, AI Enablement, Product Management, or similar roles.
• Experience identifying, documenting, and prioritizing business use cases.
• Hands‑on involvement in AI, Generative AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts and AI application lifecycle.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional and technical requirements.
• Experience working with business stakeholders in enterprise environments.
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystems.
• Knowledge of AI governance, security, compliance, and data protection requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or Azure AI Services.
• Microsoft AI or Azure certifications.
• Product Management or Change Management certifications.
• Experience supporting AI adoption initiatives.
• German language skills.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases across business units.
• Assess business value, feasibility, and risks associated with AI initiatives.
• Act as the bridge between Business, IT, Security, Legal, and Compliance teams.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for AI applications and agents.
• Coordinate AI pilots, PoCs, and solution rollouts.
• Drive AI adoption through user onboarding and enablement activities.
• Ensure AI initiatives comply with governance, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Support users in designing and creating personal or role-based AI agents.

Working Model:

Hybrid – 1 to 2 days/week at the client's location, in a region near Lisbon.
