We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the experience of data‑heavy products, including operational dashboards, analytics tools, and B2O operational intelligence solutions. This role requires strong expertise in UX research, data visualization, Power BI UX, and the adoption of AI‑driven insights, working closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams.

Requirements

• Experience in Product Design, UX Design, Service Design, or UX Research within digital product environments.
• Proven experience designing data‑driven products, such as dashboards, analytics platforms, or decision‑support systems.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI UX, including dashboards, reports, KPIs, and analytics workflows.
• Solid expertise in qualitative and quantitative UX research, with strong synthesis and storytelling skills.
• Familiarity with using AI tools to support research, data analysis, and insight generation.
• Good understanding of AI‑enabled decision systems, such as predictive insights and anomaly detection.
• Ability to facilitate workshops, co‑creation sessions, and design critiques with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end product development processes, ideally within agile environments.
• Experience collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams and influencing product decisions.
