The role requires 3+ years in internal tools design, a strong portfolio, and comfort with complex states, tables, and backend implications.

Qualificações

• 3+ years designing world-class internal tools or platform experiences.
• Portfolio with complex product or systems design examples.
• Impressive design skills across web platforms.
• Ability to articulate design decisions and strategy.
• Understanding of backend-driven workflows in product design.
• Willingness to own design processes.
• Strong UX focus for operational users.

Responsabilidades

• Design complex internal platforms and tools for global operations.
• Architect large-scale systems across multi-step processes and edge cases.
• Build scalable UI/UX patterns balancing speed, usability, and constraints.
• Turn ambiguous requirements into clear product logic and interfaces.
• Partner with Product Owners, Engineers, Data Scientists, and Operations Managers to unify product logic.
• Identify bottlenecks in internal processes and redesign for scale and performance.
