Job summary

Thales is seeking a responsible Procurement Team Member to join the Supplier Sustainability Team at Thales Business Support Services in Paço de Arcos, Portugal. The role focuses on compliance and procurement processes, handling anti-corruption requests and coordinating due diligence with Compliance Officers.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor degree, be fluent in English and French, and demonstrate autonomy, discretion, and strong communication skills while managing Excel-based tracking

Responsibilities

• Manage the supplier conformity email inbox and handle anti-corruption requests.
• Follow up on compliance reports via ADIT.com and track deliveries with Excel.
• Proactively monitor ADIT deadlines and engage vendors to address delays.
• Oversee Due Diligence Monitoring requests, coordinating with Compliance Officers.
• Serve as the point of contact for Compliance Officers and facilitate communication.

We are currently looking for a responsible and proactive Procurement Team Member to join our Supplier Sustainability Team. Procurement's vision is to give Thales a sustainable competitive advantage worldwide based on Value

Key Responsabilities:

• Manage the supplier conformity email inbox and handle anti-corruption report requests with professionalism and discretion;
• Order and follow up on compliance reports via ADIT.com, tracking deliveries meticulously using Excel tools;
• Proactively monitor ADIT report deadlines, ensuring timely receipt and engaging with vendors when delays occur;
• Oversee Due Diligence Monitoring (DDM) requests, coordinating reminders to Compliance Officers to maintain workflow efficiency;
• Serve as the point of contact for Compliance Officers, addressing inquiries and facilitating smooth communication.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree;
• Proven experience or strong interest in compliance and procurement processes;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French (mandatory);
• High degree of autonomy, reliability, and attention to detail;
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism;
• Skilled at navigating complex interactions with Compliance Officers tactfully and diplomatically;
• Comfortable working with and managing Excel-based tracking tools;
