Job summary

Essity is seeking a Procurement System Administrator to support supplier onboarding and enablement on SAP Business Network from Lisbon. You will train suppliers, handle testing and go-live activities, and serve as the link between external suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth enablement and ongoing collaboration.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance or procurement or a related field.
• Initial experience in supplier collaboration, procurement or supply chain operations.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; good communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate supplier onboarding and enablement via SAP Business Network.
• Provide first-line support to suppliers, resolve questions, and gather missing data.
• Engage with direct procurement suppliers to ensure timely onboarding and compliance.
• Maintain supplier data and support source-to-pay processes with accurate records.
• Coordinate issues with IT, Procurement, or Master Data teams and follow up to resolution.
• Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency and train end users.
