Job summary

Essity, a global leader in hygiene and health, is seeking a Procurement System Administrator in Lisbon. You will support supplier onboarding, training, testing and go-live on the SAP Business Network, acting as the bridge between external suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth enablement and compliant procurement processes.

Based in Lisbon, you will collaborate with Procurement Operations across Europe, driving data accuracy, issue resolution and continuous improvement while fostering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Initial experience in supplier collaboration or procurement or supply chain.
• Comfort with Microsoft 365 and Excel; familiarity with SAP Business Network is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate supplier onboarding and enablement through SAP Business Network.
• Provide first‑line supplier support and follow up on documentation.
• Engage with direct procurement suppliers to ensure timely onboarding and process compliance.
• Maintain accurate supplier data and support source-to-pay processes.
• Coordinate issues with IT, Procurement, or Master Data teams and drive to resolution.
• Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency and end‑user training.
