Job summary

Essity in Lisbon is seeking an Accounts Payable Support Analyst to provide operational AP support across our international organization. You will manage stakeholder requests, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with colleagues globally.

This role involves working with GR/IR and Consignment processes, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel/MS 365. Fluent English and a service-oriented mindset are essential to drive meaningful change.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, Finance Operations, Shared Services or similar.
• Experience with GR/IR and Consignment processes and resolving AP queries.
• Proficient with ERP systems, Excel and MS 365; SAP or Invoice Track experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable Support: deliver high-quality AP support with cross-country teams and stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Management: act as contact point, manage requests with timely, accurate resolutions.
• Service Delivery: support process improvements, standardization, automation, and AI-enabled opportunities.
• Knowledge Management: capture and share operational knowledge to support learning and improvements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with AP, Internal Control, Master Data and other functions to ensure outcomes.
