Airbus is looking for a Procurement professional in Lisbon with 1–3 years of experience and a strong SAP MM background to support supplier data, purchase orders and tender processes, while ensuring data integrity and cross-functional collaboration in a multinational environment.

You will contribute to digitalization initiatives, work in a hybrid model with a modern Lisbon office, and engage with global teams across Europe. Travel up to monthly is expected depending on assignments.

Qualificações

• 1-3 years of experience in Procurement or an equivalent background in administrative operations.
• Demonstrated proficiency in SAP MM (Materials Management) is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, efficient time management and prioritization skills
• Digital background (Google sheet/ excel, ...) with tools improvement mindset and appetite to learn new tools and application features
• Project Management notions
• Fluency in English, enabling effective collaboration in an international environment.
• Interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• A collaborative team player, comfortable working in remote and multicultural settings.
• A degree in Business, Engineering or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Willingness to travel (up to once a month) to core Airbus locations in France, Germany, Spain, and the UK.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain supplier information and pricing data within SAP MM (Materials Management) and other Airbus procurement tools.
• Generate, monitor and update Purchase Orders to ensure on-time, - quality, -cost delivered goods and services.
• Support Buyers in Call for Tenders management
• Support the procurement organisation in managing Data Integrity in Procurement Tools.
• Support buyers with contract management and administration.
• Manage the electronic storage and archiving of contractual documentation using Airbus internal tools.
• Initiate and follow up on recurring supplier inputs and required actions.
• Address ad-hoc requests to meet urgent customer requirements and event needs.
• Maintain proactive, two-way communication with strategic buyers across central procurement commodities.
• Drive innovation and digitalization by deploying state-of-the-art procurement processes and tools.
