Airbus Portugal SA is seeking an Entry Level Global Materials Buyer to manage procurement activities across Portugal, France, Germany, Spain and the UK. You will handle PRs/POs, supplier communications, and utilize SAP and Coupa to support sourcing processes in a multicultural, dynamic environment.

This permanent role offers a hybrid work model and onboarding to complex procurement tools, with opportunities to grow within Airbus' European core countries and beyond.

Qualificações

• Experience in Supply Chain or Procurement is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Customer-focused with ability to prioritize in emergencies.
• Eager to learn new tools and adapt to change and continuous improvement.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, multicultural environment with diverse tools and products.
• Shows reliability, rigor and concentration at work.
• Digital acumen.

Responsabilidades

• Review of Purchase Requests (PRs).
• Purchase Order (PO) creation/update and follow up of POs.
• Operational Sourcing Service Desk activities for internal stakeholders.
• Maintenance of information records (e.g., catalogs).
• Communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Use of Airbus ERP Systems (SAP).
• Use of other tools (Coupa).
