Airbus Portugal SA is offering an entry-level procurement role within the Sourcing, Buying and Ordering family. Based in Lisbon's Parque das Nações, you will support supplier information, pricing data and contract administration using SAP MM and other Airbus tools.

You will work in a hybrid setup, interacting with international stakeholders, and travel to core Airbus locations up to monthly. Fluency in English and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Entry-level candidate with any relevant procurement/administrative experience encouraged.
• Proficiency with SAP MM is desirable.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to collaborate with international stakeholders and travel occasionally.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain supplier information and pricing data within SAP MM and other Airbus procurement tools.
• Generate and monitor Purchase Orders to ensure on-time, quality, and cost-effective delivery.
• Support procurement in managing data integrity in procurement tools.
• Assist buyers with contract management and administration.
• Manage electronic storage and archiving of contractual documentation using Airbus tools.
• Coordinate recurring supplier inputs and actions; address ad-hoc requests as needed.
• Maintain proactive communication with strategic buyers across central procurement commodities.
• Support digitalization of procurement processes and tools.
